As soon as your return has been received and inspected by us and all conditions are met, we will refund you the full price of the returned items.
Refunds for vouchers
- If you purchased a voucher, you can withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day cancellation period.
- Refunds are always made via the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
- If payment was made with a gift card, the amount will first be refunded to the gift card; any remaining balance will then be paid out.
Duration of the refund
- The refund process can take up to 14 days after we receive your goods.
- Please allow us this time, even if the tracking already shows that we have received your return.
