Can I exchange something?

A direct exchange is not possible online with us, but we have several ways for you to exchange your items quickly and easily:

1. Exchange without discount

If you want to exchange items without special codes or bundles:

Steps:

1. Register return:
   Register your return via our return portal and print out the return label:
   ➡️ Start return portal
2. Place a new order:
   Add the desired items to the shopping cart and complete the purchase process as usual.
3. Direct exchange in our shops:
   Alternatively, you can also exchange the items directly in one of our shops if you prefer to come in person.
    

2. Exchange with adjusted prices (bundles or discount codes)

If you purchased items from a bundle or with a discount code, there are two options:

Option A – Manual shopping cart:

1. Communicate desired items:
   Let us know the desired products, sizes and colours so that we can create a manual shopping cart with the adjusted prices.
2. Complete order:
   Complete the order as usual.
3. Register return:
   Register the old order via the return portal and print out the return label.
    

Option B – Independent order:

• You can also order the new items independently.
• We will then carry out a subsequent price adjustment.
  • Note: The refund of the difference will be made after the 60-day return period to ensure that all items have been kept finally.
  • If the refund does not occur within 2–3 working days after the expiry of the period, please contact our contact form.
     

3. Exchange in the shop

You can also exchange items from bundles or with discount codes directly in our shops. Please bring the products and, if applicable, purchase receipts so that we can adjust the prices correctly.
